Here you will find some tutorials about Kompozer. I have used Pspad to help me as well. Currently Kompozer is running at beta version "0.8b3". It still has bugs that can be a bit challenging for users with limited web developting knowledge.

Kompozer is a wysiwyg "What you see is what you get" open source editor that I have been tracking ever since I discovered it a few years ago. Pspad is a very good windows's base all round editor to use with kompozer. With the two at your side you will have two very powerful tools to develop and edit websites.
